Bookable meeting booths are tech-enabled workspaces perfect for both collaboration and heads down work. They can be booked online on the booking website.
1) Ensure your device is connected to wifi before trying to print.
2) In your priting settings you should see a section that says "Destination" with your most recent used printer's name next to it.
3) Click the printer name and select "See more...".
4) In the bottom left-hand corner click "Manage".
5) From here, select the "Canon MR741C" printer.
6) Click "Print" located just above the printer name to finish setting up.
You're all set to print!

Yes, you can leave the booth at any time during your reservation. In order to re-enter, you will need to click the unlock button in your ‘Access Reservation’ page which you used upon entry. To re-enter without using a mobile device, enter your 4-digit access key followed by the “#” symbolinto the pin pad. Your access key can be found in your confirmation email or SMS or at your WeWork front desk.
