Meeting booths can only be accessed by WeWork members and their guests. While others will be able to reserve a meeting booth on the ZenSpace website, they will not be able to enter the WeWork space to access the booth. So please be sure to verify your membership status prior to booking.

1) Ensure your device is connected to wifi before trying to print.

2) In your priting settings you should see a section that says "Destination" with your most recent used printer's name next to it.

3) Click the printer name and select "See more...".

4) In the bottom left-hand corner click "Manage".

5) From here, select the "Canon MR741C" printer.

6) Click "Print" located just above the printer name to finish setting up.

Yes, you can leave the booth at any time during your reservation. In order to re-enter, you will need to click the unlock button in your ‘Access Reservation’ page which you used upon entry. To re-enter without using a mobile device, enter your 4-digit access key followed by the “#” symbolinto the pin pad. Your access key can be found in your confirmation email or SMS or at your WeWork front desk.

The A/V system allows you to:

Use the Webcam + Soundbar (Jabra) as your video conferencing webcam, microphone and speakers
