Easy Booking, Access and Screen Sharing

ZenSpace Booking Software and clear instructions makes pod usage simple and intuitive, without the need for extra on-site staff.

Simple Booking process

To book a ZenSpace Event Pod, guests scan a QR code on the meeting room display using their phone and instantly see available time slots. With a few taps, they can reserve their space — no app download required.

Using ZenSpace Booking Software, organizers and sponsors can choose whether bookings are offered for free or as a paid option.

 

In the case of paid bookings, guests can complete payment by card during reservation and receive their invoice by email.

 

The booking page is set up ahead of the event, allowing organizers to share the link in advance with attendees or use it to generate QR codes for on-site graphics.

Easy Entering

Entry is just as easy. A smart access link lets users unlock the pod door using a pin or one-click mobile tap.

At the same time, Booking Software Dashboard helps event operators have real-time visibility into pod status and AI-powered highlights, including occupancy monitoring, open-door alerts, loitering detection, and notifications if personal items are left behind.

Wireless Screen Sharing

Once inside the pod, guests will see simple on-screen instructions on the 32” display: To share your screen, simply open the Airtame website shown at the bottom of the screen.

Screen sharing works seamlessly across phones, tablets, and laptops — supporting iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux — with no app download required.

Depending on the event setup, the screen can also display custom instructions, event schedules, or branded content when not in use.


For organizers, Airtame enables remote management of all pod's digital surfaces — including the main 32” screen, meeting room displays, and optional digital signage — ensuring consistent, centrally controlled content across the event floor.
