Submission Guidelines for Physical Branding Options
Please follow the instructions below to ensure your branding graphics are prepared correctly and can be processed without delays.

Make sure all images match the sizes specified on our website or in the provided documentation.

All dimensions are listed in inches — please double-check before exporting your files.

2. File Setup & Export Requirements
You may use any design software that allows you to export a PDF file, as long as it meets the following requirements:
Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines
File format: PDF (print-ready)
Color mode: CMYK
Bleed: 0.125'' on each side
If you are working in Canva or a similar editor, please use these export settings: PDF Print; Crop marks + bleed enabled; Flatten PDF; Color profile: CMYK.
If you prefer to send the source file for our design team to export on our side, please use the prepared Adobe Illustrator (.ai) templates provided below.
3. File Structure & Naming Convention

Each individual type of graphic must be submitted as a separate file.

Each file should contain only one graphic per page.

File names must follow this structure:
EventName_GraphicType_Dimensions_Bleed_Quantity.pdf
Example:
25AAO_4-seater Pod Right Side Wall Graphic (full wrap)_51''W x 69.625''H_0.125''_x1.pdf
4. File Delivery

Please submit your files as PDFs or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source files.

You may share the files using any method convenient for you. For the ZenSpace team, we prefer Google Drive links.
