ZenSpace powered the official IMEX Work Lounge and installed additional SmartPods in foyer areas, providing attendees with private meeting rooms, flexible workspaces, and even a dedicated podcast booth pod. The pods created quiet, professional environments within the busy event venue, enabling seamless meetings, calls, and content creation throughout the event.

IMPACT: 

Over 600 users engaged with ZenSpace pods, enhancing convenience, privacy, and productivity while activating underutilized venue space. The deployment also improved the overall attendee experience by offering accessible on-demand work and collaboration spaces directly within the event environment.
