What is a ZenSpace Event Meeting Pod?
The ZenSpace Event Meeting Pod is a convenient, smart, reservable, private workspace designed for on-the-go business professionals. It is a fully enclosed, soundproof booth that arrives pre-assembled and ready to use. Available in 1-seater (phone booth style) and 4-seater models.
How are ZenSpace pods delivered to events?
ZenSpace delivers pods via truck. The event's general contractor handles unloading and transport to the setup location. Our team completes unwrapping, installation, and final setup on-site.
What is E-Glass technology?
E-Glass is ZenSpace’s signature feature — switchable glass that transitions instantly from transparent to opaque with the push of a button, providing instant visual privacy whenever needed.
What pod sizes are available?
ZenSpace offers 1-seater pods (ideal as solo phone booths and convenient access points) and 4-seater pods (perfect for small group meetings and networking). Pods can also be grouped into 6-seater configurations for larger activations.
Do the pods require any construction or build-out?
No. Every pod arrives fully assembled and is easy to relocate, enabling deployment without build-outs or additional construction staff. The only venue requirement is a standard 5-amp electrical plug.
