How are pods protected during transport?
ZenSpace follows a rigorous multi-layer protective wrapping process: benches and tables are flipped upside down for stability; door handles and exterior tablets are removed and stored inside; pods are shrink-wrapped top-to-bottom; sturdy cardboard corner blocks are applied to all edges; protective side pads (or folded blankets) are placed on walls and windows; and a final shrink wrap layer secures everything. Pods are then loaded via forklift, placed flush against each other, and secured with loading bars and criss-cross straps.
How are pods cleaned between events?
All plexiglass surfaces are cleaned using Meguiar’s automotive plexiglass cleaner (recommended for best results). The table, benches, inside walls, exterior walls, threshold, and door frame are all wiped down to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
What happens if a pod is scratched or dented?
ZenSpace has established repair procedures for all common damage types. Scratches and scrapes are removed using a gentle wet-sanding method with a soap/water solution, followed by touch-up painting with a matched spray paint formula. Dents are repaired with bonding compound, sanded with 400-grit then 3000-grit sandpaper, primed, and repainted. Damaged plexiglass windows can be fully replaced.
How are graphics applied and removed?
Branding graphics (stickers, vinyl wraps) are installed by ZenSpace staff or authorized partners. For removal, graphics are sprayed with a soap/water solution, peeled off, and any remaining adhesive residue is scraped with a plastic scraper tool. If the Host uses their own branding materials, they must use low-tack, easily removable adhesive vinyl.
