Who owns the data collected through the booking system?
All data collected through the ZenSpace booking system, including attendee information, is owned exclusively by the event organizer (Host) and managed in compliance with applicable data protection laws. ZenSpace will not retain, share, or use this data for any purpose outside of fulfilling booking-related functionalities for the event.
How does ZenSpace protect attendee data?
ZenSpace maintains industry-standard security measures to protect attendee data during transmission and storage within the booking system. However, the Host remains responsible for their own data privacy policies and attendee communications related to data collection, in alignment with local regulations.
