What are ZenSpace Business Lounges?
ZenSpace Business Lounges transform any 500+ square foot space at your event into a customized, premium workspace by combining SmartPods with touchscreen reservation kiosks, soft furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Guests can reserve lounge spaces using a Lounge Access Pass.
What lounge sizes are available?
ZenSpace offers pre-configured lounge packages in 600 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft layouts. Custom configurations are also available for larger or uniquely shaped spaces.
What layout options are available?
ZenSpace offers three flexible layout options: (1) Solo Pods — convenient, standalone access points for individual attendees; (2) Clusters — mini work lounges grouping pods for teams and networking; and (3) Branded Villages — sponsor or exhibitor activations with high visibility and full branding.
Can I fully customize the lounge experience?
Yes. You can customize your setup by combining SmartPods, furnishings, digital banners, landing pages, live product demos, touchscreen kiosks, and more. ZenSpace works with you to tailor the experience to your event’s specific needs.
